Workshop sizes range from 1544 -2458 sq ft and all available units are current fitted out as a shell scheme enabling tenants to tailor make and fit out for their own requirements.

All Workshops have at least one car parking space and separate door entrance.
Rents are available by lease agreements and are in the region of £9.50 per sq ft per annum inclusive of a general service charge which covers security, external lighting and general maintenance to the surrounding areas.
